Sue Pierce: Thanks So Much!Thanks so much for the few days spent in our motorhome recently at your property. We were impressed with the way in which you had made tasteful improvements to the facilities. These were of a very high standard. We also appreciated the convenience of having our own toilet and shower (even though our van is self contained). Our friends recommended this as an excellent place to stay when in Wanganui and it exceeded our expectations. We have already recommended it to other friends and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Wanganui. Having the Stonze Restaurant Cafe and Bar so close by was also a huge plus. The food was delicious and our waitress superb. 23/12/09 Otamatea hockey team: A wonderful week!We recently stayed at the Avro Motel while in Wanganui for a hockey tournament. We were thoroughly impressed with the hospitality we experienced. Nick and Denise were fabulous hosts - they were incredibly generous and ready to help us throughout the week. Their Conference room was an ideal venue for team meetings and had great cooking facilities for the eighteen of us. We would thoroughly recomend this accommodation and would most definitely stay there again. 09/09/09 Nicolette: SplendidA few months ago we stayed at the Avro Motel campsite. We would like to recommend this quality place with splendid facilities. But especially we show our gratitude to the owners, Nick and Denise, for their hospitality. They make you feel so welcome. The place looks great, and I can see there has been a lot of work put in recently. The communal areas are a great place to relax and meet the other campers.
